At Soul & Spur Collective, every order is made with care and crafted just for you. Below you’ll find all the details about our return and exchange policy.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered (please refer to size charts carefully)

Color or style changes after ordering

Buyer’s remorse
However, we do understand that things happen, and that’s why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Or you’re simply not happy with the quality
Please email us at stephanie@soulandspurcollective.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item
We will review your case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever you prefer.
🔁 APPROVED RETURNS
In rare cases where a return is approved (outside of misprints/damage), the following applies:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
-
Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund
-
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
-
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of receipt
We do not refund original shipping costs.
❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:

Worn or washed items

Items past 7 days from delivery

Final sale or discounted items

Gift cards
📮 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting your local postal provider for assistance. If your package was never marked as delivered and has not arrived within 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), contact us and we’ll help investigate.
